This document provides instructions for using Schedule H. You may have to submit this form along with Form 1040, 1040NR, 1040-SS or 1041 if you paid wages to a household employee in 2008 or 2007. Examples of household employees are babysitters, drivers, nannies, caretakers, health aides, private nurses, cleaning people, housekeepers and yard workers.
